BRON is an AI-powered study tool that converts lectures, PDFs, and YouTube videos into summarized notes and flashcards. We offer both free and premium subscription plans with different features and limitations.

3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans, including a free plan with limited features and premium plans with additional features.

4.2. Payment: By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.4. No Refunds Policy: All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, partial use of the Service, dissatisfaction with the Service, or cancellation of your subscription. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.

4.5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

5. User Content
5.1. Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service.

5.2. License: By uploading content to the Service, you grant BRON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure that you have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
